For the launch of the OnePlus 9 series, there will probably be a wait until March but this does not mean that the new top-of-the-range generation of OnePlus will not be able to carve out its own space on the Net between various rumors and anticipations.
And so, in the past few hours, Mishaal Rahman has posted on Twitter some photos of what should be a prototype of the OnePlus 9 5G (the conditional is a must, as there are no guarantees of reliability).
The alleged design of OnePlus 9 5G
In particular, the images in question come from a seller on eBay and concern an auction that ended yesterday.
Here are the photos we are talking about:
According to these images, the next flagship smartphone from OnePlus should be able to count on a large display with minimized bezels and, on the back, on a triple camera positioned in the upper left corner (with vertical alignment).
In addition to the alleged design of the OnePlus 9 5G, these photos reveal some of its technical characteristics and one concerns the rear photographic sector, in which there is the wording “Ultrashot” (it could refer to some functionality related to the zoom capability).
Among the other features of the device, we should find 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of integrated memory, and the customized OxygenOS interface based on Android 11.
Recall that, according to what has emerged so far, the OnePlus 9 series could boast three models (the basic version should be accompanied by a Pro and a Lite variant) and should rely on the computing power guaranteed by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor (except than for the Lite version, which you will have to “satisfy” with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 CPU).
It will also be interesting to find out if the much talked about collaboration with Leica will be able to provide users with a photographic sector capable of competing with that of the main competing smartphones.
